First Care Medical and Health Charter Services was an idea birthed by the collaboration of a number of medical practitioners who shared a common vision around setting a gold standard for excellence in prompt First Care Medical Services across Sub-Saharan Africa. First Care Medical and Health Charter Services is an annex of First Chaplain Hospitals which was founded in 2016 (a flagship of First Medical Group) The founding shareholders were passionate about providing health care services through innovative solutions and advanced technology to improve the quality of patient care thereby breaching the gap between access to quality health care within and across Sub Saharan Africa.
